he hates new orleans. not the city, but the supernatural situation that is at a much greater scale than what used to happen in mystic falls. the sheriff of the little town is there on business only. a favor given to caroline, who wanted to see how Hope was doing after what happened to hayley. the city is big and bright and he feels out of place, only vaguely remembering Rebekah talking about the city a long time ago. a small part hopes she is around, maybe they could have a conversation but another part doesn’t want to dwell even more in SUPERNATURAL DRAMA. he walks into the compound, baby blues looking around as he hopes to see someone but it seems empty.
ODD. “Klaus? Elijah?” he calls the first names he thinks of. Maybe now they wouldn’t try to use him as leverage in their games. “Uh.” and he wishes to leave. but he feels a presence. and he has been around vampires enough to drow his hand from his holt and pointed around, a man standing before him as barrel points at the stranger. He does look familiar. maybe he had visited mystic falls before. “---You’re not Klaus.”
