Leaving tonight for a SOLO 8 day yoga/relaxation retreat in CAMBODIA 🇰🇭 This is the furthest I’ve ever traveled alone + I booked this trip spontaneously last week (via @bookretreats 🙏) because for the last couple years I’ve been under a lot of stress & overwhelm.
