When I first looked into the room I would be spending my freshmen year in, I felt dismayed. The room wasn't like the other layouts on campus. Two strangers were being squeezed into a narrow room with barely enough personal space. The bathrooms were ghetto and resembled those in jails. But after a month of living here and getting used to my living conditions, I realized the place isn't so bad.
Needless to say, I am so excited to be moving out in a little over a month but I am going to miss living here. It was a humbling experience of its own kind. First Street, here I come.
