❤️‍🔥​Mereoleona's obsession burns hotter than any flame ever could. She doesn't fall in love with you as much as she crashes headfirst into her feelings without ever stopping nor pausing. Only cowards hesitate after all. For her it all is very instinctual as she doesn't care who you are or what your past is. Once she decides that you are hers not even hell itself could stop her from pursuing you. At the very least you can be assured though that no one will ever have the courage to hurt you any longer for this lioness if ferociously protective and absolutely brutal towards any rivals or enemies. Her mere presence is terrifying enough that even captains of other squads try to pretend that they are invisible to avoid a fight with this lady. Some people like Yami may seek you out though to ask you if you could perhaps try to calm Mereoleona's feared temper at least a bit so that everyone else around her can breathe just a little bit easier. Truth be told though, even you aren't sure if you can do this. Mereoleone is a woman who burns hot with passion and fireceness and whilst you might be the only one who is allowed to witness her vulnerable moments, even you may be under the threat to burn yourself on her.

❤️‍🔥​Her affection is the furthest thing from gentle. No, it is all-consuming like a wildfire. Spending so much time in the wilderness must have truly made her pick up some animalistic traits as you realise soon that she is very territorial. You are part of her world and the moment someone tries to steal that, this woman is quite literally fire and flame. She may not necessarily be the type to follow you around all of the time but Mereoleona doesn't need to do that either. Her presence lingers and the knowledge that you are hers is often fright enough to the point where some people just seriously avoid you on the streets. You are safe in her hands but never out of her reach in that sense and this is something Mereoleona counts on. Whenever the two of you are together though, she likes to make it very obvious that you are hers. She is incredibly physical and has almost too much energy for you to be able to handle at times. Honestly, she does manhandle you at times without even the intention to hurt you but her passion is something she can barely contain. So the times you end up being carried around by her are numerous. Whilst you may feel like dying from embarrassment though, Mereoleona parades you around like you are treasure.

❤️‍🔥​No one wants beef with her. No, I mean it. Some people try to avoid you for this very reason and flee the moment they spot you even if Mereoleona isn't with you at that time. Even Squad Captains are more careful when you are around. The Black Bulls are arguably the ones who you spend the most time with besides her two idiot brothers. Even Yami though gets the shivers whenever he senses that she is about to make an appearance. He doesn't even see her. Instead he gets those cold shivers as if an animal is about to pounce on him and in a way he isn't even wrong. Mereoleona isn't jealous though. It's like I have said before, she is just territorial. She is confident in the fact that you are hers and she is confident that she can keep you as hers. What she doesn't appreciate though is when others try to cross boundaries that she has established. Almost all people know though not to make any advances on you due to the common knowledge that Mereoleona is your partner. The few who do though are usually new and do not know who Mereoleona is. All of them make a run for it though the moment Mereoleona makes her appearance to the woman's disappointment. Cowards.

❤️‍🔥What are you even meant to do when she wants a fight? Mereoleona lives for good battles to the point where she jumps into any conflict to hopefully quench some of her thirst for battles. You're familiar with that demon grin of hers that she gives every time there is the chance of a fight for her. Even enemies are terrified of that grin. Her reputation is the one thing that basically makes you untouchable most of the time. No wonder if one takes a look at the way she fights her opponents. Oftentimes she tends to go overboard even with people leaps and bounds beneath her strength in the name of giving them a lecture. Her mana is more than often enough to make people shut up, especially since she quite literally sets herself ablaze. You may think she is being cruel when she brutally advances against someone who stands no chance against her but Mereoleona would strongly disagree with you. She always goes fully out against everyone if they want a fight though obviously she doesn't kill those who technically are on the side of the Clover Kingdom. That being said, she doesn't like arrogant fools who believe their family status makes them better and she gives out brutal lessons to anyone who she thinks deserves it.

​❤️‍🔥​You have stopped bothering locking your door after she kicked it open the first time to the point where the door was flung cleanly off of its hinges. If this lady woman decides that she wants to see you, she will see you. There is nothing and no one that could stop her. So technically that means that she has broken into your house multiple times only to drag you out because she wants to spend time with you. Whenever she feels like it she drags you to bars, hot springs or into the forest with her. At one point you just resign yourself to your fate as you realise that there is nothing you can do and no one who would even dare to save you from her. The main problem that you find yourself with is that Mereoleona doesn't live in the capital. She spends most of her time outside the city in places as wild and untamed as her to bask in natural mana and live her life unrestricted by any stupid rules the city may try to enforce on her. And you bet that you will be dragged along despite your protests. Both of you could be training together. You can bet that she will tire you out to the point where your bones feel like they are about to evaporate yet still she would continue to push you past your limits. You can't escape her either way.

❤️‍🔥​Training is gruesome and brutal as Mereoleona more than once pushes you past your point of comfort as she expects you to match her energy. No matter how much you try to convince her that you are simply of no royal blood and that you can never reach her level of mana, she will punch it right away. Excuses won't save you as she doesn't care about your humble bloodline. Yes, her mere name may be enough to keep you safe but obviously Mereoleona won't allow you to get comfortable due to that. She expects you to get stronger too and she will be brutally honest with you to the point where it is hurtful. There is no such thing as manipulation when it comes to her. She commands instead and you listen. Her devotion comes with dominance and you experience that every single day. She treats you like a treasure and a challenge wrapped into one person and guards the rare soft side she only allows you to see like a sacred flame. She doesn't even care what her family thinks about you. She has always done her own thing and she will continue to do so. At least her siblings are more welcoming towards you. Especially Leopold is very welcoming once she drags you along to meet her younger brothers.

M!Reader : My dear... Please calm down... Asta just wanted me to answer a couple of questions....

Mereoleona : I heard a certain someone... Called me a barbarian now I wonder who that would be....

[Mereoleona narrows her eyes at Asta which makes Asta instantly screaming in his mind]

M!Reader : Baby calm down, I promise they weren't a bother

Mereoleona : ........Sighs fine....

[Y/N starts smiling and kiss her cheek]

Asta : Thank you for having Mercy!✨–

Mereoleona : The only reason why your mouth isn't tapped onto the wall right now is because of Y/N....

It would probably only get her fired up even more. If she is already in an aggravated mood there is pretty much nothing her darling can do. Once Mereoleona gets like this, she is in the mood to fight and there is a reason other captains flee the moment she stomps through the city whilst quite literally lit on fire.

Young Fuegoleon who has warned other young people their age not to fight his sister but they didn’t listen and learned the hard way.

Young Fuegoleon who sometimes got in trouble with his sister because Mereoleona dragged him behind her with her shenanigans. (Half the time he secretly enjoyed it)

Joint training sessions with Lady Acier, Mereoleona, Fuegoleon and Nozel. 

Young Fuegoleon who was a little jealous of his sister but still admired her.

Young Mereoleona who is competitive with Young Fuegoleon. If he learned a new spell, she wanted to too. *Insert chaos and Mother Theresa having to put out some fires.*

Young Fuegoleon who was more emotional than Mereoleona when they were kids, and who Mereoleona likely made fun of but also comforted at some point + Mereoleona who did it awkwardly because she wasn’t accustomed to comforting people. Mereoleona who knows for a fact just how proud and passionate of a magic knight and about the magic knights Fuegoleon is. (Referencing their fight when they were younger)

Mereoleona who didn't want to come back to the kingdom to become Captain of the Crimson Lion Kings, but rushed back home when she got news that Fuegoleon was in a coma and they didn't know when he would wake up.

Mereoleona who also 100% believes that Fuegoleon wouldn't die and abandon the Crimson Lion Kings and the Kingdom.
