How to turn in your story
Stories are due Friday, July 31st, just under a few days (but don't worry about being a little late). Everyone needs to turn in a story - no exceptions. If your story is not done (or even started) please turn something in so I can 1)check you off the spreadsheet as still on task, and 2)have your information at hand when putting together the posting schedule. This should go up about Aug 5th. To turn in your story please follow these instructions: Email to [email protected] Subject line Fic - Prompt # - Author Name - Complete/Incomplete (make sure you put which one applies to your fic) Body of the email: LJ Username: Piece Number: Artist LJ Name: Title of story: Word count of your story so far: Anticipated word count: (just a ballpark figure is fine) List pairings(s) or whether it is Gen: Days you can't post between Aug 20th to Sept 5th: Times you can post in PST The last part will be used to put together the posting schedule. Posting will be start Aug 20th and run till Sept 5th with 2-3 stories/arts being posted each day. Those who need more time to write will be put towards the end of the schedule. The posting schedule will be put up at least a week before posting to give everyone time to get ready (posting instructions will go up after). Pinch hitter needed

Please fill out the following by June 10th (that gives you 5 days). If you haven't checked in by then I will try to contact you by email and PM. If you haven't contacted me back by the 15th then I will give your prompt to a pinch hitter. Nothing is due yet. This is just to see that authors are on track and to determine if we need pinch hitters (and give them the time to work if we do).

The second round of claims preview post is now up HERE These claims will be open to any author who did not claim a prompt in the first round of claims. Claims will close Friday, May 1st at 3pm PDT (so all claims must be submitted before then) and the matchup post will go up later on that day.
