Mermares trio
4/4
OK! Who is the best of them? And why?
My fave - blue mermare. Her colours is so organic and fins looks nicely sharp! Then pink mermare. And last - green mermare. I think there is too much details on her face.
They are form ponies. From comic. Issue 14

Cerati ($15 USD)
Cerati comes from a genus of merpony known as Sea Devils; a species closely related to the land-dwelling Changelings. Her favorite foods include vain shrimps, capsized sailors, and smaller types of seaponies. According to herself, her best quality in her striking smile. Her design and lore is based off of various different types of anglerfish.
Goober ($7 USD)
Goober is a highly energetic young mermare with a yearning for something MORE in her life. What that more is she can't exactly say but she has a feeling it has to deal with land ponies and their fascinating legs. She likes propping herself on rocks that line the shore and attracting attention to herself by yelling really loud in hopes that a land pony will come so she can ask them questions. According to herself her best feature is her bubbly personality. Her design is strongly influenced by Bubble Eye Goldfish.
Lumos Serena ($10 USD)
Lumos Serena belongs to a school of mermares that live in the deep, deep waters of the ocean. Although incapable of physical speech Lumos Serena is able to communicate through telepathy, though it is unknown if others of her kind posses the same ability. Despite her appearance Lumos is kind and has the best interests for her kith and kin at heart. Her design is based off of the mysterious Barreleyed Fish (why yes, she does have a bioluminescent brain).

After posting the deer pics, I heard some people complaining that there still weren't any seaponies in the MLP canon BUT GUESS WHAT THERE ALREADY ARE.
There are two different types. The first type are seaponies, which are about the size of a regular ponies. They're friendly and get along with regular ponies just fine, and also come in bright, vibrant colors. Mermares are much larger, and their colors are vivid but aren't as wild. Unlike seaponies, mermares keep to themselves are much more strict about their interactions with ponies. They live in the underwater realm known as Aquastria, and they are ruled by King Leo, a close friend of Princess Celestia.
They debuted in the book Under the Sparkling Sea. Mermares also appear in comic #14.
