Can we see feral Mic again? I wanna see him bust up in there swinging again. Shame it probably won’t be Ujiko who gets hit though. >> Please let Mic fight again, but not get too hurt.

Watched the New BNHA OVAS and...

Gonna do a mini review on what I liked and didn’t like.Spoilers for those who haven’t seen it yet: 

First a summary:

So as we know the class does rescue training to rescue someone from the mall. In the OVA they reveal the teams are split up into team A and team B. Also the “person” they are rescuing is a training dummy. This OVA’s main cast is Iida, Momo, Todoroki, Tsuyu, Ochako, Kaminari, Kirishima, Tokoyami, Bakugo, and Midoriya. The rest of the class is in team B but we don’t see what they’re doing.  While underground looking for the dummy the ground and ceiling start collapsing. Iida gets hurt and the others must get him out while also looking for the dummy and trying to prevent Tokoyami’s quirk from going out of control.

Things I liked: 

The best thing about this OVA was seeing the characters again (It hasn’t been that long since season 4 ended but I love this show and miss it when it’s gone)

The izuocha moment when they blushed afte bumping into each other (They are just too cute)

The antics (everyone’s in character and being serious but also silly at times like BNHA is known for.) 

Izuku (He’s smart and brave like he always is, my fave boy)

Now the things I didn’t like:

The recaps (at the beginning and also whenever they talk about someone’s quirk they do a recap of it, since this is a season 4 OVA the audience should know, also this cuts into the runtime)

Not Seeing Team B (as I said before we only see team A so all other characters frrom Team b are not seen or even heard from, I suspect this might be a popularity thing btu still)

Iida getting hurt and not doing anything else during the training (He did save Momo which was awesome but after that he didn’t get to do anything other be “the one needing rescuing”). 

Biggest thing I didn’t like was that this was planned (It was no real surprise to me that this was a planned test by Aizawa. This further being confirmed with him having recovery girl there with him at the site of the “test”. While UA does a lot of dangerous sorta like this this is more extreme then the rest. Most of the times we see people get hurt during training it’s Izuku’s quirk which he can’t control well. However this time they sent the kids underground where they couldn’t see them or the debris falling THEN filled it with water so someone coulda drowned. Yeah I know it all was okay in the end but what if someone was knocked unconscious and alone in the water? Also Recovery girl is only with Aizawa at Team A’s site. What would they have done if Team B needed help? This part just rubbed me the wrong way. If they showed some cameras or locators showing they knew where they all were at all times I woulda felt better. They had Aizawa say “We have precautions if things go wrong” but that didn’t calm me at all.

Overall I did like it but that last point had me so worried. I did love seeing it and left feeling good though. I do recommend for BNHA fans to watch if they can. What did everyone else like or not like about it? Thanx for reading.

I wanted to get this idea/HC out there before the OVA’s come out. In the OVA we know Class 1-A gets buried under rumble/building. I wonder if this will trigger any PTSD in Aizawa and we may get a flashback snippet of Oboro in the anime. You know as a tie in, lead up, teaser thing before he appears in the anime. Just putting this out there since it’s been on my mind all day.

Mangadex and Fake Mangadex

Some people may or may not know but mangadex was down for a couple of days to switch servers and had a legal case.

Now they’re back with the website mangadex.cc 

However I also wanted to warn everyone there’s also now a fake mangadex that shows up first if you simply google mangadex which is mangadex.siteunblocked.info which upon clicking on it looks the same as the regular site but then bombards you with ads which the real mangadex doesn’t. 

So Beware.

If Mic Gets to Seriously Fight...

For a while now I know we’ve all wanted to see Mic seriously scream and fight. I also want that but I also wanna see Mic slam his spiked elbow pad into someone’s face. It has to be more than decoration right? Also something with the speaker as well would be cool.

Possible Classmates??

This post HERE made me realize something I hadn’t before.

Chizome Akaguro better known as “Stain” in the My Hero universe is 31, roughly the same age as Aizawa, Mic and Midnight.

He also went to UA for a short time.

What if they were all classmates and Stain is the one Aizawa’s always referring to when he says “There’s nothing crueler than letting someone pursue their dream” and all those other times like that.

If that’s the twist we get in Aizawa’s flashback to his youth it would be epic.

Present Mic/Aizawa Combo Video

So mic and Aizawa have a combo move from the video game that I posted that card from earlier. Trying to figure out how to upload the video here without Tumblr redirecting you to my tumblr to view it but it seems it’s just going to have to be that way. It’s worth it though. The video is wonderful. Yall gotta see it for yourselves
