Another amazing weekend in the high country.
More high country snaps. There is nothing more energising than making an effort to be still and witnessing the change of the landscape from the moment the sun rises to when it finally sets. The colours that create varying degrees of atmosphere makes you appreciate the raw beauty of Mother Nature at her simplest and purist. Take time out of your busy life to explore your surroundings and get in touch with the wonders that nature has to offer us.
There’s nothing like getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Just a three and a bit hour drive from Melbourne CBD, Merrijig is a little piece of heaven on earth. Fresh air and incredible views give rise to peace and a chance to recharge your batteries. Just ten minutes from the gates of Mount Buller ski reserve, this little town is a perfect place to set up base for a weekend on the slopes during winter. Make an effort to get yourself on a weekend getaway. You’d be amazed how much more balanced your approach to your working week will be!
An horizon's worth of alpine green
Alpine Victoria, Australia. Home to myth and legend. Mountain ranges surrounding the township of Mansfield often involved with the escapades of the infamous Ned Kelly. It is not hard to imagine why bushrangers often set their hideouts atop the myriads of hills and mountaintops in the area. Today the scenic landscape is featured mostly in tv shows and movies as well as alpine sports activities.
