The Minerva Scholarship program, sponsored by the Women in California Leadership foundation, is offering 80 - $2,500 scholarships and 1 - $10,000 scholarship to select women of promise in order to help them achieve their educational objectives. Launched in 2015, the Women in California Leadership was established with the purpose of empowering women and enhancing the lives of women and girls. To qualify, you must be a California resident, attend an accredited 2-year or 4-year college for the 2021-22 academic year, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and self identify as female. It’s called NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars (NCAS). It’s a five week program - blending both online courses and a unique NASA experience. The Bang!Null club is one of the reasons why our students are so successful - especially when it comes to the National Cyber League (NCL) competition where the Merritt College teams have consistently placed in the top 5 in the gold or silver divisions in the last 4 years.
