His first kiss is with Noah Puckerman at the age of twelve. It wasn't intentional - half the things Finn ever does are unintentional - but it still happens. 

They're wrestling one afternoon in the Hudson's back yard, and Noah sort of just plants it on him when he's got Finn pinned to the dirt. It was weird as shit, unexpected, but not unpleasant. It's quick and they stare at each other after. And then they do it again. 

It's fumbling and more than a little awkward because they're twelve and Finn is gangly and doesn't know what to do with his hands, but Noah's a bit better, sort of knows what he's doing because he's watched some porn already, so he leads the kiss until they hear Finn's mom come home.
