kylie is truly the extreme team member i have the most barbie time with, i have so many drawings that are just takes on a default civilian outfit for her bc i loathe the one they gave her in canon. truly the worst thing i have seen with thine own eyes. i hate that tank top, i hate that red skirt, her outfit was so nice in darkness at noon

have decided to be very blatant with it on main, the fantasy AU i have been drawing is very specifically a dungeon meshi AU. the set up for it being the extreme team being a dungeon exploration party made up of people who had a difficult time being picked up by other parties for one reason or another. putting the synopsis under a read more bc it's longer than i thought

garrett is a tall-man determined to be one of the greatest adventurers of his generation, he has been working hard to build the strength and skills needed to maneuver the dungeon as a wheelchair user. the inciting character of this AU, he is the one who puts together this party. he also has a natural affinity for magic, a skill he does not nurture as he has a profound preference for physical challenges and combat. kylie is a half-foot mage. she has a deep appreciation for the art of magic and aspires to be a skilled and knowledgeable mage. unfortunately for her, her size lends her to being particularly susceptible to mana sickness so other parties do not take her seriously as a mage, instead wanting to her to disable traps and pick locks as most other half-foots do roland is a dwarven inventor. his family had been exiled from their homeland long before he was born. roland was born on the island the dungeon is located and thus has very little knowledge of dwarf culture. he is an exceedingly talented blacksmith and inventor, he is capable of creating machines that are rather advanced for the time eduardo is a tall-man. previously part of his brother's party, he eventually became fed up with constantly being put down and vowed to join another party. however in a cruel move, his brother blackballed him amongst the other adventurers on the island, his new reputation as a liability preventing him from finding another party that will let him join until he stumbles upon garrett's party

just want u to know. everytime u post some new XGB fan art i am at the other side of the internet just BEAMING love and appreciation your way. you make them look so CUTE while still being true to how they looked in the cartoon and it's just so excellent. aaand here's a question to turn this into a proper ask: which is ur favourite episode?

aaaa thank you sm! that's so nice! QwQ i love this show very much and care deeply about capturing the essence of the characters so i'm glad that you can think i can keep them true to how they look in the cartoon. i think my favorite episode is deadliners but fear itself is a close second/interchangeable, it's hard for me to pick favorites but those two i think are exceptionally good and really capture the kind of tone i love in the show

Honestly, there really is a tragically small amount of content for the Extreme Ghostbusters and it brings me so much joy that literally anyone else out there is drawing them. I only recently started watching the show and I'm already in love with it, so I'm gonna try to finish watching it all soon :P

oh thank you so much! i only learned about extreme ghostbusters through my dear @slushrushed 's recommendation last year but it is my favorite piece of ghostbusters media and currently my favorite thing overall so im always glad when ppl can enjoy the art i make for it!!
