@merrywandering gets Asmus!
He’s not used to wander around in a new city all by himself. Most of the time someone from Die Gruppe was with him but after wasting some time looking at some food through one of the huge windows in a shop, he realized that his partner, Emil, had continued without him. He had meant to call him but soon noticed that his phone had died. Without knowing any directions, Asmus wandered through the streets of the city until he bumped into someone.
“Oh, I’m really sorry young Lady.” He apologized and looked down to her, an embarrassed smile on his face. Hopefully she was not angry at him. “I’m lost and seeking for someone or at least find a phone I can use to call him.” Asmus doesn’t want to excuse the reason for being somewhere else with his thoughts; he simply meant to explain his reason. Another reason why he hadn’t noticed her was probably because he was a lot taller, enough to let him look around without being bothered by someone else blocking his view.
