Rudy & Filbert, Of Waters So Lovely

Rudy, also known as チャス or Chasu in Japanese/Mizuno is a jock cat villager from the Animal Crossing series.

Filbert, also known as リッキー or Ricky in Japanese/Mizuno is a lazy squirrel villager from the Animal Crossing series.

A few weeks have passed and Filbert has taken a liking to Rudy, the merboy responsible for his transformation. In fact, the squirrel has become so appreciative, and the cat is so happy to have a companion, that they’ve fallen in love.

Under the sea, a bright future awaits this couple. Their first date is in a few days, and they can’t wait! And in such a vast and beautiful ocean, they have so much to do!

Bam, who had transformed Rudy long ago, is happy to see the cat boy with his lover. I likely won’t draw him again this year but yes, he approves of the relationship.

Rudy’s birthday is on December 20.

Filbert’s birthday is on June 3.

Filbert, Revamped For His First Date

Filbert, also known as リッキー or Ricky in Japanese/Mizuno is a lazy squirrel villager from the Animal Crossing series. As you can tell, he is the main merboy of the year. I’ve drawn him three times now!

He likes to join Rudy on those singing nights, sometimes using his voice as well. It’s a fun way to spend time with his lover, and it shows. In addition, Filbert is also a good friend of Marshal, a fellow squirrel boy with a wonderful siren voice as well. He’s happy to find fellow sirens in Mizuno, as he enjoys having further company.

Anyways, he’s given himself an improved look with some assistance from Rudy and even Raymond himself. Now he’s really prepared, and he knows how fun this’ll be. Good luck, squirrel boy!

His birthday is on June 3.

Blaire, Who Is NOT A Skunk! (nor does she look like one!)

Blaire, also known as シルエット or Silhouette in Japanese/Mizuno, is a snooty squirrel villager from the Animal Crossing series. Despite what some people say, she doesn’t resemble a skunk at all, nor does she have the same murderous intentions as Tasha, who actually looks a bit like a skunk.

Anyways, I only drew her because she’s on my island, I think. Whatever, let’s move on.

Her birthday is on July 3rd.

Poppy, Because I Felt Like It..?

Poppy, also known as グミ or Gumi (as she primarily goes by, but also known as Gummy) in Japanese/Mizuno is a squirrel villager from the Animal Crossing series.

A BFF of Maple, the two woodland merfolk tend to resort to the inland rivers and lakes, usually basking in the shallower waters outside of Mizuno. Likely to flex on Clover, but who knows. Unlike the other mersquirrels (eg. Filbert), Poppy tends to be more quiet, usually off to do her own things, or with Maple. She’s also a friend of Chrissy, so yeah.

For reasons unknown, Poppy seems to be overly attached to her tail. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, but she’s been playing with it more than others. Chasing it around, watching it, curling it in so many ways, and posing so much with it. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s been pleasuring herself all because she’s a mermaid. I should mind my own business, however.

Her birthday is on August 5.
