Thank you Mesa Rim for always making me feel at home when I'm in town ☺ This was my favorite problem at the training center tonight!
Learning the speed route has been really fun this week! I know all of the beta now and I am working on executing it every time...oh and trying to move faster too 😄
First day of training at Mesa Rim was awesome! We did some speed climbing in the morning and bouldering in the afternoon :) Here is a video of one of my favorite boulders from the session!
First time top roping!
5.10b
Rocked my first 5.10's today. I also climbed about 550 feet, which was way more intense than I had anticipated. But I wanted to push myself because I felt as though I was starting to plateau and I needed to break through the mental block I had set up for myself. Tomorrow I have the day off so I'm gonna take a kayak out to the coves in La Jolla and paddle around for a few hours then go climb at the gym. It's days like today that make me stop to look at my life. And every time I'm incredibly grateful.
