If something or someone really bothers you or stresses you out, and you cannot shake it off, take an Epsom salt bath to clear your energy of their attachment and the cords binding you. Ask your Higher to release you from this connection, and fill you with the love and wisdom to move to higher ground. Then allow yourself to relax by breathing deeply and exhaling with the sound Ahhhh.!
