“Are you here for business or pleasure?” Felix’s velvet voice was directed at the newcomer. Luckily, it was nighttime, and the open hotel door didn’t let in any light aside from the street lamp directly outside. Both eyebrows raised, he waited for an answer. “Though I suppose you could head downstairs for either. Either way, I can check you in or lead you downstairs.”
“-for weapons do not get a choice”
It was the first of three days off for Valentina, and she wasn't quite sure what to do with herself. Most of her time was spent thinking about, and working on, set designs for the various projects she was a part of, or running around to various events networking for the theater. Now, on a Friday, she found herself without a single weekend plan.
She wasn't sulking, however. She'd gotten out of bed, thrown on her comfiest clothes, grabbed a magazine, and made her way to a modern coffee shop ten minutes away from her Ridgewood, Queens loft.
The coffee shop was a popular spot for people from all walks of life. Executives, construction workers, screenwriters, students, they all tended to make their way into the quirky coffee shop that combined modern design with old fashioned New York decor. The young woman had purchased a cup of coffee and climbed upstairs, seating herself on one of the funky yet comfortable couches. It was only thirty minutes later that she realized her cup had gone dry, and she stared at it with a pout. Valentina made her way to the lofted area's railing, leaning forward on her arms and peering down to the busy epicenter of caffeinated goodness below.
An eagle eyed employee noticed Val's glance, and shouted up to her. "Val, you need a refill?"
"Yeah! Any kind hearted New Yorker down there willing to bring me another?" Her eyes scanned the busy floor, then suddenly matched gazes with an unsuspecting customer. "What about you doll. Do me a favor?"

☆Is that no thats just AUSTIN MAHONE. He’s 16 and a HIGH SCHOOL JUNIOR. They live with their parents TORREY DEVITTO and and 2 siblings. I’m sure you’ve seen them around, because WESLEY is usually HARDWORKING but HOT-HEADED. Not many people know this but WESLEY is hiding HES THINKING OF DROPPING OUT OF SCHOOL. I wonder how their family will act when they find out.
Wesley is known as the athlete in school. He’s involved in basketball, football, baseball, and soccer.
He was very close to his dad since he taught Wesley everything about sports and practiced with him even when he didn’t have the time.
He was also close to his little brother, Jacob. Even though they got into fights at times, they shared the love of sports together.
After they were killed, Wesley took it very hard and didn’t talk to anyone for a whole year.
He was supposed to be in the car with his father and brother but wasn’t because he was sick at home and couldn’t attend the match.
Without a father figure, its pretty hard for Wesley because he doesn’t know who to turn to.
Lately, he's been acting out and getting into trouble. Sometimes it involves the cops but hes at the point he doesn’t care.
Hes thinking of dropping out of school and start working but right now, hes not sure what his future holds.
“Okay that’s enough studying” Leah thought aloud as she shoved her books back in to her bags. She was almost certain everyone within a give mile radius could hear her stomach rumbling by now. She gathered up her things from her self made study space in the park and got to her feet. She turned to the path so quickly she forgot to check if somebody was coming “oh gosh, I’m so sorry!” she squealed walking straight in to them.
“You... want me to do what?”
Felix was not prone to misunderstanding, and between his youth and his general disaffection for loud music, he did not seem at immediate risk of hearing impairment. And yet here he was, somewhere between disbelieving, intrigued, and off-put. If they were serious...
Well, it was a lucky thing his schedule was open.
