Okay since I'm getting more dms than I ever expected on this page, two things you should know beforehand:

1. I will not answer to just hey. pls say something more. If you just want to get to know me or chat a bit, say that, then I will probably answer. But don't just text "hey", "hi" etc., I will not answer to that. (too many bad experiences.)

2. I have no money, I can not help you financially. No matter if you're looking for donations or commissions, I simply can't, and it's exhausting to explain that. I can share your posts, tho. I'm not sure if it will help, but if you want that, just say so, I'll probably do it. But don't ask me for money, neither directly nor indirectly, I'm currently not in a position to give it.

Social media etiquette

I’ve seen an increase in messages to my inbox and, while I realize that many are bots, some look like they come from real people. And I almost never respond.

If you’d like to start a dialogue, here are some tips:

Follow me. If you’re just casting a net for someone to reply, I’m not interested. Likewise, if you do follow me, read the blog first. If you followed me 10 minutes ago, I still think you’re not real.

Ask a question. But a real question. “What’s up”, “want to chat?”, or “what are you in to?” Are not good opening questions. Would you ask those if you just met me in a bar?

No, I do not want to see your penis. For one thing, I am a straight cis male. I will not be showing the picture to any of my partners. For another, eww. Don’t send dick pics to anyone unsolicited. It is not sexy and is outright hostile. I can’t believe I have to even tell people that.

Tell me a little about yourself. Why are you wanting to chat? Looking for guidance? Needing a friend? Simply trying to fill the silence? Let me know.
