a part in recipie messures against each other part, not a set amount. 2 parts water 1 part salt would be twice as much water as salt

oh... i... still find that kinda.. confusing?? Like is there a set amount of parts?? How do I know if I put enough... or too little..?? hhrurhf. I guess I’ll have to figure it out, but like. Why couldn’t we just stick to regular meaurements systems. haha
