I can attest to the fact that I wake up like I have a lemur on my back numerous times.
"I- I am not a lemur."

"Son...you know, the first time I ever held you, I was absolutely terrified I would hurt you." Baatar carefully lit incense by the grave and took a deep breath. "The last time I ever held you I was also terrified. Not that I would hurt you but that I already had and that it would cost me not only our relationship, but your life." He closed his eyes and shook his head.
"I'm so sorry you ever felt like I wanted you in my shadow. All I ever wanted was to give you something from my family. Your mother had her last name, and my family? I was the eldest, but though your grandparents loved me, I was never enough. I didn't get the family business, instead I got my name, which is your name and your grandfather's name and his father's name too. I wanted you to feel connected to these great men before us and feel proud that you could add your mark to that legacy. I realized I was wrong for thinking you might see it the way I did." Baatar knelt on the still wet grass, sighing heavily."I know what it feels like to not feel like you're enough, or that you're invisible. Baatar, you never were any of those things to me. You were my equal, my friend. I wish that you would have spoken to me about how you felt more. I wish there was more time for us. There were so many things I wanted to build with you, so many stories I wanted to share." Baatar bowed his head and silently offered a prayer.

Send me a ☠ to hear what my muse would say to your muse's grave.
"You're an idiot," she said, glaring down at the fresh grave that's in front of her. "You were stupid and out of the line for the hell you caused me." She added with a growl as she knelt down in front of the tombstone, tracing his name that was engraved on the stone.
"Why did you do it?" she asked him in a broken tone, eyes suddenly filled with sadness. "Dammit, Baatar, you didn't have to do it...you didn't have to die for me..." She murmured with tears streaming down on her face.
"I'm in love with you."
"Baatar--" She stared at him a long moment, taken off guard. She took barely a moment to glance around before taking his hand and tugging him out of the street so they were out of view.
"What are you-- are you being serious?"
"I want rough sex, now."
"I want rough sex, now." send this demand and see how my muse reacts.
"I'm all yours now, dear," she said with a smirk, staring up at him with eyes filled with desire and did not care if any of her men had heard their conversation. "But let's take it somewhere more private--like your parents' bedroom."
metalclanengineer replied to your post “C'mon. [Bataar extended his hand towards her, tilting his head to the side.] You need coffee and a quiet place.”
He smiled softly, rubbing his thumb across her knuckles and shrugging a shoulder. "If I'm having a tense day, I can only imagine yours. And I know what helps."
"I wish I hadn't been right about her attempts last night," She looks down at their hands, brow furrowing. "I never wanted it to get this far. Not like this."

19. Asleep
Few things could shock Kuvira anymore, but for a moment, the new Emperor looked as though she’d seen a ghost; Baatar was asleep at ten at night? The mech fight earlier must have taken a lot out of him.
That just made the prospect of waking him harder.
With a sigh, the commander approached the austere camp bed where her fiancé rested and gently nudged his shoulder. ”Baatar, it’s time to wake up,” she whispered, not wanting to shake him from sleep too harshly.

"You know, surprisingly, this is exactly how I expected our honeymoon to go." She raised an eyebrow at him.
