Metallagí ~ Cam and Ty

Typhon had been around for a long time… in fact, as his gaze drifted lazily around the noisy club, he felt fairly certain that he was probably the oldest creature in the room. He’d seen civilizations rise and fall - hell, in a couple of cases he’d been the reason they fell. Not that any of the people around him had any clue. No. When they looked at him all they saw was another ‘freak.’ Just like them. Freak. Not the politest of words. Mutant, then? However they chose to refer to themselves, Ty was happy to blend right in. Ecstatic, actually. In this day and age, a club like this was about the only place he could be a little more… himself.
He couldn’t go full dragon, of course. He’d never fit on the dance floor, for one thing - but he could liven himself up a bit. Ty had exchanged his skin for scales that shimmered an opalescent gold that stood out beautifully in the club’s shifting lights. Beneath the scales, Ty’s varied collection of dragon-themed tattoos seemed to undulate with each breath he took, as if by magic. His eyes were red and reptilian, rather than their typical human blue. And to top the ‘ensemble’ off, his golden wings were out and resting casually against his back, a perfect contrast to his fiery orange locks.
Even if this wasn’t the real him, it felt good to be able to show off this side of himself. The dragon grinned, flashing intimidating canines for anyone who was looking to see. And there were LOTS of people looking. Typhon was good at attracting attention no matter what form he used, but he enjoyed it the most in places like this. Not just because he liked showing himself off… but also because he knew if he took anyone home they knew (almost) exactly what they were getting.
Speaking of which… it was high time he made some choices about how he wanted to spend the rest of his evening. Normally Ty waited for someone to come to him… but he wasn’t above making himself seem more approachable… more available. For awhile now he’d been casually watching a handsome man with a shock of bright green hair… and had decided he wanted to know if that color was as natural as it looked… So, with the subtle ease and grace of someone who’d been using the same tricks for centuries, he drifted closer, curious as to how far he’d have to go to catch the other’s interest.
