When I first started out as a very young jeweler in the late 70's, the excitement of learning all the new techniques had me all over the place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I wanted to DO IT ALL and I did. But as my mentors would watch me burn myself out over and over again trying to learn everything in my design path, They always told me to "Anchor" myself to something un-moving. A thought or belief, or a favorite place, but something.
