Hey so @riccaby gave his character Nilla fluffy hair and it’s adorable! Hoping this came out alright, as I’m still working on navigating how shading works. Also I couldn’t decide if I liked how pikachu came out or not, so have both versions.

Is this the creepiest pair of characters I've drawn them as? It's definitely the first time both of their faces have been hidden.

I had so much fun with Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, and I'm very excited to get to Emio. September was busy!

I've been kicking around this idea for a short little Meta & Nilla detective RPG as a means to sort of learn the ropes in RPG Maker. I've quickly realized what an insane amount of work it is even to just make a short little game. but here are some 64x64 sprites

I'm sure it doesn't help that I have done that hatching/shading by hand for every frame, which is absolutely not an efficient use of my time. but I really wanted to lean into that pen-doodle-in-notebook-margins aesthetic

I feel like in RPGs the "dead" or "KO" poses are always lying on their stomachs but I thought lying on her back would be funnier. I was right
