Společnost City Design International darovala architektonickou literaturu z pozůstalosti Ing. Arch Otakara Dvořáka odborné knihovně Metodického centra moderní architektury v Brně, která má sídlo v areálu meziválečné Vily Stiassni.
City Design International donated architectural literature from the estate of Ing. Arch Otakar Dvořák to the specialized library of the Methodical Center for Modern Architecture in Brno, which is located in the interwar Stiassni Villa complex.
