#metroid planet-bound

Expanding on my already dumb Metroid: Planet-Bound idea, I have the roughest draft for a introduction:

[Samus Aran.. the Bounty Hunter well-known for her countless battles with the aliens known as the Metroids, as well as her encounters with the Space Pirates.

But before she was the Bounty Hunter… she was a lone survivor.

At the age of 16, Samus was a young Communications Officer working for the Galactic Federation. The crew she was assigned to was sent to investigate the disappearance of several Federation Soldiers sent to a Zombie Planet dubbed Argonis a few weeks ago.

But upon their arrival on Argonis, the ship was immediately attacked by the Space Pirates, the rest of the crew being either captured or killed by their hands. Samus managed to survive by hiding in the ventilation shaft until the invaders left.

With the crew separated, it’s up to Samus herself to rescue the captured members and foil the plans of the Space Pirates, all while learning to survive the danger of being bounded to a hostile planet.]

METROID SIDE OF TUMBLR I HAVE THE DUMBEST IDEA

Event that takes place way before Zero Mission

Samus is a young (like, 15-ish?) Communications Officer who gets stranded on a planet that’s being used as a sort of spare base for the Space Pirates. With the rest of the crew terminated and the ship being captured by the Space Pirates, Samus must traverse the land, reclaim the space-craft and most importantly: Face off against the various hostile lifeforms that roam this terrain.

Some things to note if you plan on making this dumb idea a thing:

- I’m thinking Fusion/Samus Returns/Dread styled game

- Ridley will most DEFINITELY be in this, most probably small cameos leading up to him being the Final Boss?

- The Metroids itself might make a appearance, probably later??

- Samus Aran is somewhat capable of fighting? Also, she talks, but not that much. Only in short sentences (6-8 words max, we don’t do the other m constant dialogue nonsense here), and the occasional noises. Think of it like a how persona mc is mostly silent. Somewhat childish and a bit too trigger-happy. (She would probably rapid fire some alien while yelling “DIE” repeatedly to no avail-)

- She would probably have those GF advanced soldier suits at the start and gain the Power suit sometime later (no Varia suit, sorry-), other than that I have no idea what the third suit she gains after that would be.

- There would be small camps previous Galactic Federation members set up around the areas which act as Save Stations/ Map Stations

- The final area would be the Space Pirate base that’s on the planet

The planet name, other inhabitants, and areas I have no ideas on what they are but the name of this idea of mine?
