“Eloni- What happened?“

There was clear concern in his voice, he was quick to approach the android the second he realized something was wrong.

“Nothing...” the lie is feeble, but the attempt was made. Eloni wasn’t even looking at his father properly; his face was turned away, as though he was doing on purpose to hide the right side of his face.

There’s a short pause, then Eloni sighs and seems to understand that the jig is up. They take a deep breath before turning towards Neon J, revealing that part of the face skin on his right side was gone, seemingly burned away by something.

“So... I can confirm that there are people who don’t like 1010 in Vinyl City. I guess they could also just not like me, that’s also possible.”

“It is rather shocking, I do agree. I would certainly like to know how this all happened... but in the meantime I suppose this is the reality, however odd it may be.“

He made a soft humming sound as he thought for a moment

“They do indeed exist! I suppose the differences might not be too obvious at a glance“

He wouldn’t be able to explain the details of his otherworldly travels, but he could certainly explain to him how he got there.

“I found one of those nifty portal rifts open up. I’ve been observing it for quite some time and i found it to be stable... So I did a stupid thing and decided to walk in.” He states with a shrug. the portal stayed there after he had walked through it so he was hoping to use the same one to get back home.

“Well, knowing 1010 exists here is always good to hear! They are such great boys. I’m so proud of them as I’m sure you are as well.” he shifts his weight from one leg to the other as he thinks of a question he could ask him. one that could show differences they have.

“Oh! I know!” He says as he snaps his fingers. “What do you have left that’s organic? And can you see in the traditional sense?”
