Day3 Aug 4

Today is Saturday and it is also the day of my super fave Zumba class. I get up early on a Sat morn not to miss it. I went to class and the room was dark. They had cancelled it 10 min before it started. I was so mad (irrational, I know) that the emotional me was like you might as well get some fast food breakfast and chill. I had to fight my disappointment - I am really weak- and went a walked briskly around a grocery store and found a healthy alternative of a banana and Greek yogurt. I didn't get as much work in but I conquered.
