This is when i first came and visited the CU, a nontraditional school in Mexico. I was so chilled with the atmosphere here. I just had a very strong feeling that the kids here can fly higher, and further with all the dreams they have.

“Los 4 acuerdos”,or “4 Agreements”, the anchor agreement to the kids and staffs at CU school. It was surprising and inspirational to me that there was a school that they followed with the book called “4 Agreements” that I had a chance to read. After hearing the stories about the kids being disciplined and aligning with the instructions, I was amazed by what they have been doing here in this school. We had a lot of discussions and thoughts about these agreements, and these helped me reflect myself with 4 Agreements in my life.

The kids at CU school usually have to wash their own stuffs after the breakfast. This is a good spirit, and discipline that school is teaching them. Again, “4 Agreements” shows the discipline and regulation to build up a good person who knows how to take care of him/herself.

A beautiful moment with the kids at CU in the breakfast. I LOVE this picture. I cannot explain how, but I feel the kids are really trying to tell me: “hey, do you want a piece of this?” Come back. Let’s come back to school next time. The school gave me a lot of thinking and the promises to come back. I feel I was treated like a family when I come here.
