Ingredients: 4 cups shredded cabbage. 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 2 tbsp lime juice. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp minced garlic. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: diced avocado for garnish.
