More than a week after Mexico's presidential election, the candidate who authorities describe as the runner-up said a partial recount was not enough to erase his doubts about the vote.

"We cannot accept these results," Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador told reporters Monday, vowing to file a formal complaint before a tribunal on Thursday, the legal deadline for challenging the election results.

Lopez Obrador asserted that presumptive president-elect Enrique Peña Nieto and his party bought millions of votes in the election -- an accusation party officials have denied.

People votes are bought with the promise of shopping cards, cement, shirts, caps, et cetera. As this video demonstrates, the organizers deny they did anything wrong. They deny they gave any food, any cards or anything in exchange for votes. However, the videographer just recorded several people that received handouts in the form of food, apparel or other elements. PRI is as corrupt as mobsters, and they take advantage of poor people. The ones that stand against this party are abused and intimidated, often imprisoned or killed.

A lady confronts a group of PRI members (handlers) as they're giving away cement in poor neighborhoods in return for votes. Poor people feel that if they can receive some cement for their homes, that should be enough for a vote. However, the cement will not be given to the people until after the election. It would be great to hear whether these people received their cement or no. You can see the PRI handlers also known as PRI Mafia getting in touch with the police or mobsters to get there as soon as they can. Usually these are the tactics mobs and organized crime use. Subdue the poor, subdue the people.

They (PRI and EPN-Enrique Peña Nieto) bought my vote with a SORIANA Super Market Card. Allegedly the cards where worth $1000.00 pesos, in reality people cashed them or bought no more than $100 pesos worth which is about $7.50 US dollars.

En las casillas de el municipio de Tultitlan, Estado de México, en la sección 5650en la Escuela Secundaria Federal "Mariano Matamoros" fue evidente el exceso de representantes del PRI y esto a ocurrido en distintos lugares del país lo cual inhibe la votación de la ciudadanía y promueve el desorden en las mismas, además de que el Cofipe no permite que haya más de dos integrantes de los institutos políticos.
