Although I'm a lightweight, drink-wise, I enjoy experimenting with spirits and produce. This limoncello was first infused through #sousvide back in December 2016 with citrus kindly donated by friends. I then let it age (aka forgot) until today. Opening the jar was beyond exhilarating and the final result is quite nice.
