people are people and they leave dumb reviews about everything (restaurants that I’ve worked at included - and, just like you, I feel affected by them since I have my own personal connections) don’t let it bother you - a review should never affect your personal experience when it comes to how much you enjoy something =3

aaahhh thank you for the kind words, Marie. I know they’re just trolls but the injustice of it all is infuriating. So many reviews are just complaints about HRC, which has absolutely nothing to do with the college, campus, community, faculty, etc etc itself. But it’s good to take a step back and to realize that, unfortunately, until we reach a better state of existence where people are just basic decent human beings (WOW what a concept!!!) assholes will be assholes. The principle of it all is just... ughhhhh

I didn’t really get into it at first - felt there was a lot of missed opportunity with the prospect of “the past”/batman origins and having the Waynes die in ep 1 instead of staying around for a while, but I’ve liked it a lot since Victor Z entered

It took me a while too actually, although for me it was more along the lines of “holy shit this is really dark is this my kind of show.” (Tried Hannibal and couldn't do it because everything was just so dreary). The characters grew on me though, and then ep 7 happened and it was like MINDBLOWN. Now I find this show hilarious oops. I do agree about the ‘batman origins’ part though. It’d be great if they were to delve more into his character and potential.

2: Has an anime ever made you cry? Oh too many to count. x’D I tend to get really emotionally invested in the characters and the mood and when that happens, any tear trigger they pull works on me. =w=;;The first anime to ever make me cry was Air. <33: Which anime made you laugh the hardest?Hmm, this is a good one! It’s interesting that it specifies a spin-off, but not a sequel~ Honestly, after hearing about Chibi-Usa’s life in Crystal Tokyo, and how the manga hinted that the Amazoness Quartet from SuperS actually become her sailor guardians, I really fell in love with that story line and I would LOVE to see it adapted. Mmm, kk. A couple of my friends are back to college already but a good chunk are also still here, so I figured it was pretty evenly distributed. I guess most schools still like starting early :P

Yeah, I really do think that's the right decision. I just don't feel particularly happy about it, but I'm sure once I'm all caught up it'll be worth it. Especially since you're right - there always will be other hackathons.
