I really should have watched mgafs during my first run through of tsams and its spin-offs. Its so much more fun than I gave it credit for. Like...what was the mimic's fixation with specifically uninstalling baldur's gate 3 lol? I skipped over so many funny scenes and so much interesting story!

Uhhhhh, tough question LMAO

I guess I love that they introduced a character like Nexus, even tho they fumbled them in the end. My art improved quite a bit thanks to my obsession with Nexus and the shows in general tbh. Like, watching tsams rekindled my interest in drawing and I started drawing semi regularly after not touching my drawing tablet for like two years!

I love that they have so many interesting characters and everyone is able to find a freak who's perfect for them lol

I love love LOVEEE that these imperfect shows inspire so many people to create so much amazing art! So many people creating fanfics, drawings, animations and much more, all out of the love for these stories and characters <333

In all honesty, the community these shows created is the thing I love the most about it, no matter how cliché that sounds :p

I really love the storylines of tsams, even if they're kooky sometimes.

Gonna be honest, never really watch mgafs, FC was a great plot point I guess though.

PUPPET WILL ALWAYS BE MY GIRL, GOING TO BAT FOR HER.

Laes? Harvest, just Harvest.

And eass? Probably the sibling dynamics. Side note, you can not tell me that Neptune and Saturn didn't used to do the "stop touching me" "I'm not touching you" thing

Im gonna ask around about rants, unpopular opinions and hot takes, but this time it will be about the other shows (mgafs, eaps, laes 1 and 2 versions and eass) 👋

EASS in my opinion is the best show right now. I genuinely do enjoy its plot and characters.

Mgafs is enjoyable to me but Monty really pmo a lot of the time.

Eaps started out really great but I feel like the show started to go downhill after Puppet’s death and got worse with the virus where Ruin betrays his friends. Charlie deserves better too.

LAES 1 was a great show too but it’s obvious that their bias towards Terra showed a lot especially with how Nexus and Cosmos were treated compared to her.

LAES 2 is a big mess. I can go over how bad the show is:

It took they way to long to answer the question of whether or not Day and Night were hacked and I didn’t appreciate how they botched the poly with Andromeda.

Monty should have been around a lot longer.

Roxas should have not been redeemed at all. He’s a creep that got someone killed.

Bonnie is another example of the vas not handling people who grieved a loved one but they always end up demonizing them.

Harvest is shilled so badly. I’m tired of hearing him being the better Bloodmoon.

How they treated Chaplin was so wrong. I find it weird that they won’t bring back Molten but can bring back Comedy Bot.

There is way too much filler in this dumb show too.

Oh boy do I have a lot. I would take this with a grain of salt though as I only watched Eaps.

1. Not sure if this one counts as a hot take but I think Ruin was 100% in the wrong during the Ruin virus arc. I understand that he had the potential to get his Monty back but he was wasting resources on a dead man. The others also gave him a set time limit and gave him more time after that and he still chose to risk them all and the world they were in.

2. The deal Ruin had with Puppet was wasted potential. He should’ve never been brought back to any show and instead should’ve been cursed to travel the multi verse to atone for his crimes.

3. Frank, Francis, and Fran needed more screen time. They’re such cool concepts and I’m devastated that we never got to see more of them. In addition to the lack of screen time Frank got pushed to the side even when he was the focus of the end of the Stitchwraith arc in MGAF. Him and his loss of Ronty (Ruined Monty) pushed everything into its climax and we still barely got to see him.

4. Half of the time Eclipse was not in the wrong for lashing out. I do think that he should’ve accepted the help when he needed it, but there were also multiple occasions where he properly articulated what he needed (mostly to be left alone) and no one respected that.

I think those are my main rants with the shows. I don’t watch TEAS and I barely watched MGAF, so most of these involve EAPS. These also hardly count as hot takes but they bother me enough to warrant a mini rant.
