Last night was a very good night. It's been over 4 years since the initial release of the 2013 Action/Hack-and-Slash video game, "Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance" (PS3), which yours truly played through, completed, and it was an absolute blast!!!! 😃😍 Developed by PlatinumGames, published by Konami Digital Entertainment, directed by Kenji Saito, produced by Atsushi Inaba, written by Etsu Tamari and programmed by Tetsuro Noda, the story takes place 4 years after the events of #MGS4GOTP with the fall of S.O.P. (Sons of the Patriots) and the War on Economy, as we follow Raiden a.k.a. "Jack The Ripper", the unpredictable, volatile, yet ever so determined Shinobi (Ninja) on a mission to prevent global terrorism and to ensure children abducted in war don't suffer the same tragic fate as he had. 😄👊🏻 Excluding minor technical issues and how unfairly difficult the game can be, yours truly was in every sense of the word, exhilarated by the unrelenting, fast-paced, jaw dropping action. 😃 #MGRR also manages to incorporate the same type of humor known throughout the #MGS series, and when you have a Cyborg Shinobi running around wearing a Mariachi hat, you can certainly expect a lot of humorous moments. 😂😋 As yours truly witnesses Raiden unleash his inner demon, returning to that "dark place" he thought he left behind, Jack The Ripper is reborn, slicing and dicing anything standing before him, bathing in their blood, it was a feeling unlike any other! 😈😏 Hehe
