👓-You knew Tenya was from a traditional family. So you weren’t surprised when you found a letter on your desk requesting a courting date instead of him making you a courting gift.
👓-You blushed at the white pearl letter with a golden script written on it.
👓-He had written your name elegantly and addressed it to you in such a formal manner you would think it was a wedding invitation. You knew everyone in the class was looking at you.
👓-Trying to see if you would accept and open his letter or reject him and leave it untouched. You had tried to open it without ruining it, wanting to save it in case you ended up bonded down the line.
👓-When it was clear that delicately peeling it back wasn’t gonna work you have torn into it. Everyone in the class silently cheered. They had known the navy haired male had a thing for you.
👓-He wouldn’t reprimand you like he did the whole class. If you were quietly gossiping with some friends he wouldn’t even bat an eyelash. Grape boy says one small word and Iida is on him like white on rice.
👓-He would ignore the cute hairpins you would have in your hair but get after Momo for wearing a ribbon in hers. Denki would get in trouble for charging others phones in class but if he saw your cute phone case among the bunch he wouldn’t get after him until he saw you take your phone away.
👓-Although the class was a little annoyed by the favoritism they couldn’t help but silently ship you two together.
👓-Tenya would always have his eyes on you. Watching you in case something went wrong when the class would train.
👓-When you would raise your hand to ask a question he was always coming up to you after class asking if you still needed help. While blushing he would lean over your desk and explain it to you.
👓-So when you went on the courting date and things went well you thought things would be great. Sure he was a little reserved but you thought he would loosen up in time. You were wrong.
👓-You had been courting for two months he still would barley kiss you in the comfort of your own dorm room. You Omega was a little letdown but didn’t push it. You knew he would loosen up when he felt comfortable.
👓-That is until your heat started nearing.
👓-You had been more aware of everything. A couple holding hand in public, an Omega giving their Alpha sweet kiss on the cheek, and so many small interactions that would mean the world to you if Tenya would initiate one with you.
👓-The straw that finally broke the camels back was when you walked into the dorms together. Tenya was a little more laid back at the dorms so he didn’t reprimand the couples cuddling in the living area.
👓-The sight made you a little jealous but you ignored it.
👓-Until you sat down with Iida on the couch and when you tried to get a tiny bit closer to him he was quick to pull away and give you a look that said stop. Your poor Omega was crushed.
👓-Your mood had fallen and you didn’t feel like being around anyone after that. You have him a quiet goodbye before heading towards your room. Everyone who saw what happened couldn’t help but judge the class rep.
👓-“You shouldn’t keep your Omega at arm’s length like that. She will think you are rejecting her.” Momo said, looking at the TV.
👓-She was cuddled up with Ocha-chan.
👓-“It is not good to keep your Omega at a distance. We can’t handle it.” Ocha-chan agreed.
👓-Tenya was concerned at your abrupt exit. His Alpha was pacing around at your sullen face. He knew his physical touch was lacking. His Alpha was eager to have his hands run over your form but Iida was still trying to get used to the idea of touching his Omega.
👓-This was his first courtship so he was still a little clueless and what was right and wrong. He knew he shouldn’t pull away from your touch but sometimes it was too much for him.
👓-He felt his heart race and pulse beat every time your soft hands made contact with his skin. The feeling was both exciting and terrifying. His Alpha was nearly panting in happiness when you did.
👓-He nervously got up from the couch and made his way to your dorm room.
👓-“I don’t know what to do. My heat is nearing and all I want is to be buried in his scent. He won’t let me near enough for that to happen though.” You grumbled into your pillow.
👓-It was dressed in your Alpha’s shirt. Its scent was soothing not but near enough.
👓-“Are we not compatible? Do I need to find another Alpha?” You nuzzled against the pillow.
👓-Suddenly your door busted open and a near-feral Alpha stood in your doorway. You let out a distressed chirp before you calmed down when you noticed it was Tenya.
👓-“Alpha?” You questioned, clutching your pillow tighter at his fierce scowl.
👓-“There are no other Alphas. You are mine.” He growled, taking a step towards you.
👓-You knew he was agitated from overhearing your conversation with your pillow but you couldn’t help but turn your back to him and huff.
👓-“You seem to have an odd way of showing it.” You mumbled, hiding your face in your pillow.
👓-I’m sorry, Omega. I will work on being a better Alpha for you.” He softened at your curled up form.
👓-“You can start by holding me for now.” You offered, willing to give him a second chance.
👓-“Of course, Omega.” He agreed, climbing into your bed.
👓-Unlike other times when you had to ask him to scent you, he did it on his own. You enjoyed every second of it. Your Omega was purring. Maybe you didn’t need another Alpha after all.
