i am looking at the tag list and can you please give me a rough estimation of about how many questions you answer a day so i have a vague idea of how long it will be until mine is answered? (i'm making sure to use words like 'rough' and 'vague' because i know there is no way to say exactly how long it will be)

I checked to see if this was in your FAQ, but clicking on your FAQ page takes me to a page that doesn't exist? But, how often on average do you guys usually get through the tag list? I'd just like to know so that I could use it to estimate for myself when I should expect an answer!

I’ve added both these asks into one because you’re both asking the same question effectively, so I decided I could give you more information here <3 I hope that’s okay!

I will have a look at the link we have up for the faq page, usually you can find it through the contents, however, you’re right with the link not working, so thank you for letting us now! It will be updated asap. :)

As for the tag list, it’s different for everyone which I understand can be thoroughly annoying. It all depends on where your ask is in the box, as well as how many asks we have as not everyone uses a tag so there will be asks in between not accounted for on the tag list. It also depends on if you have requested a certain admin to answer your ask as to when they’re online/free, as well as what admin feels comfortable in getting your ask.

We want to make sure everyone gets the best answer possible so we do try to ensure to get asks we feel confident in. :)

We are constantly trying to reduce the waiting time for our followers, but the rough guide is the closer you are to the top of the tag list the sooner your ask will be answered. A guess would be if you’re in the top 30 of the tag list your ask should most definitely be answered within a week, we usually answer approximately 130ish average asks a week if that helps to give you an idea. But like I said there are always other factors, I’m sorry if you’ve both been waiting awhile!

Whats the maximum amount of parts to an ask you accept? I have a three part ask and I'm just wondering if that's too long. Thank you!

3 part asks is our limit, so 3 parts is perfectly fine. If it ends up being longer than the three parts then you can always send in a submission, as long as it is under 700 words :)

When you send your ask in it’s helpful if you put part 1/2/3 on them, and if you have a tag to use in all of them. So that way you can track its progress in the tag list <3

it would be really cool if you assigned an amount pf asks an admin responds to daily depending on how long they can work so you all could answer as many asks as you can

We did use to have an admin quota where admins needed to get a set amount of asks per week but it did turn out to be far too stressful for the admins. <3

This is a volunteer thing that we don’t get paid for, and we want to make sure we answer as many asks as we can each week/day but we want to focus on helping people. This means ensuring our answers are of higher quality as opposed to quantity. :)

It is, however, a really good idea that you have and I think a lot of admins do this on their own when they plan their week out. Every week is going to be different and sometimes you will be busier than other days so we try to get on when we can and give the best advice we can.

Because of this we each set ourselves our own personal targets that can change each week depending on how busy we are. Sometimes it could take an hour to write an ask and sometimes it could take an hour to write four asks, so the amount of asks admins get are quite relative. :)
