the thing that fucks me up about mhe is thinking about the possibility of their story being a loop until claire dies. they can fall in love again and again and claire can wipe her memories again and again. and oliver will pretend to lose his memories every time so he can get to know claire over and over until she's gone. maybe oliver tries to convince claire to not wipe her memories. maybe oliver deletes one version of their story. but no matter what they can fall in love over and over for a year.
