The ideal date would be anything not too fancy. Nicolette hates luxury type things with a slight passion. Inviting her date to see her perform with her band would probably be her first thought, because then she could be the center of her date’s attention. Having her date’s eyes on her is something she craves. Seeing the look on their face as they see everything she’s made of; the passion she exerts when playing on stage, the sweat she pours into making every performance worthwhile, would be priceless. Afterwards she’ll invite them to come over and watch an anime with takeout-- their date’s pick, of course.

Absolutely! She’ll think of any cute little name to call her partner and use it all the time. Most times they’ll be in French, but somehow will relate to their personality or appearance. One of her favorite pet names to be called is ‘ma lapine’ (my rabbit) or ‘ma nana’ (my girl). This would require teaching her S/O a bit of French, though it’s all worth it hearing her new nickname from her lover’s mouth.
“I... do I have to?” She mumbles, shifting uneasily as the Entity’s whispers grow louder. They began to detail events that she had never wanted to think about in the first place. “Stop! Fine, I-I will,” Nicolette took a deep breath, clenching her thumb as a coping mechanism. “I... ah, fuck, I-I enjoy feeling... a bit powerless sometimes. Ah, be-because of my, uh, troubled childhood. I like to feel dependent on someone else not necessarily always as a fetish but in relationships as well. That’s... why I tend to develop feelings for some killers who throw me around a-and overpower me so easily. I don’t always like it though-- don’t get me wrong it’s nice to dominate and people mostly know me for that but, you know... I can’t let anyone see that weak side of me. Only the killers I have relations with, like... Michael. I miss him a little too much now and again for as much as I’d like to deny it. Out of all of the killers, he makes me feel the smallest.”

If she feels her action is right, then she'll defend it and state her reasons why. It's rare to have Nicolette admit she's wrong because she believes she's smart enough to know right and wrong, and she's also blunt enough to admit when she's wrong... after about an hour’s worth of explaining. Think of it like an uphill battle, or some sort of 11th grade debate. She'll definitely be more stubborn than acting innocent. The only way she'll act innocent is either in a playful scenario or to save her own life in a trial.
When Nicolette had found out that she was attracted to girls when she was 15, she was a bit nervous because the Catholic church had vigorously condemned homosexuality and threatened damnation if she even dared to touch another woman in a romantic way. It wasn’t necessarily the whole ‘damnation’ part that scared her; it was more being shunned and tormented for being true to herself. She spent her teenage years concealing her feelings for women and men both as she didn’t want to upset anyone by mentioning it.

The Charpentier family, like most of France, grew up Catholic-- especially John-Baptiste, Nicolette’s father. As a child she was forced into bible camps as many counselors and pastors attempted to scare her into their radical beliefs. Nicolette, however, never truly understood or really even believed in Christianity, nor did she even care about it in the first place. There was no way it could be proven in her eyes that there was a heaven. Growing up she wondered if she had taken her own life, she could test out the hypothesis and see if there really was a God since it wasn’t like anyone paid her any attention in her life. But ever since she distanced herself from her father she prefers to not mention or talk about religion and considers herself a non-believer/atheist.
S : SWEETHEART. did your muse have a childhood sweetheart?
Nicolette, as a kid, had never gotten enough attention at home to have the social skills/knowledge to form a relationship with someone. It was already hard enough to understand friendships, so when someone first said ‘I like you’ in middle school, she had practically nodded and said ‘okay’.
She learned what love was after watching some of her mother’s old romance movies. The idea of having a lover back then didn’t intrigue her enough to get into one, because that mattered to her was school and getting places in life. There were a few people that asked her out on a date, some classmates and others creeps at a bar she preformed at. They were all turned down or shrugged off.
H : HEART. is your muse quick or slow to give their heart away?
It depends on how hard she’s fallen. If it’s not as serious or just a little crush, she won’t find it that important to admit it in any other way except a small compliment on the side. Though if it develops into something way more than just a little crush, it’s going to be 100 times more difficult for her to come to terms with the harsh reality of falling head over heels. Usually the person she likes will find themselves being mindlessly stared at from afar or given a free sacrifice in a trial (if a survivor, she’ll be more risky in trying to protect them). Nicolette isn’t one to blatantly spit out her feelings because she’s too busy trying to understand them, and unless helped out she’ll stay confused and struggling.
I : I LOVE YOU. does your muse find ‘i love you’ easy or hard to say?
“I love you” is practically a foreign phrase to Nicolette. She feels a bit awkward saying it the first few times because she doesn’t know the true meaning. Like, ‘is it supposed to be used in this way?’ type of questioning. She’d probably never be the first to say it unless her partner had already said it before. Though, when someone says it to her in that mushy, sickeningly sweet voice accompanied by a hug or some form of affection, she practically turns into a blushing and smiling pile of putty.
T : TRUE LOVE. does your muse believe in true love?
Nicolette never truly believed in true love. It because a part of her pessimistic nature when she grew older, with seeing her father talk so horribly about his dead wife not helping in the slightest. Even if she doesn’t believe too highly in true love, she does want to believe in the idea of soulmates— that everyone is meant to be with someone in the world. You just have to work hard to find them.
