Stand Master: The Handler

Stand Name: Walk-Down Street

Basis: Walking Down Your Street, by the Bangles

Appearance: Walk-Down Street has no appearance, as it is bound to the book the user carries with her. When active, Walk-Down Street morphs the interior of the book to resemble an accurate recreation of the area around the user within a fifty mile radius - usually enough to cover the map of wherever the user and her partner happen to be in. It will also create a green marker to show where the user is in relation to her surroundings.

Abilities: Walk-Down Street can allow the user to teleport herself and anyone else anywhere within the recreation it makes, provided she moves her marker there. However, Walk-Down Street only makes a marker for the user by default - in order to create a marker for another person or animal, she has to have a bit of their body, whether that be a hair, a fingernail clipping, or a bit of blood. After teleporting, Walk-Down Street won’t be able to do so for ten minutes afterwards, with this cooldown lasting longer if multiple markers were moved.
