Today is the start of Mental Health Week 2016, brought to life by the wonderful and amazing @likekristenn ! It's a week dedicated to spreading awareness for mental illnesses and to break the stigma around mental health issues. I hope one day it's okay for everyone to talk about their mental health and to seek help if they need it, without being ashamed or feeling inferior in some way.
