Palembang style of spicy Carbonara
Whenever you go to Palembang, Sumatera island of Indonesia ask the locals about Mi Celor (‘Mi’ = noodle, pronounced like mi in miracle ; ‘Celor’ = dipped into, pronounced like cello + r) .
