call me old-fashioned but we DESPERATELY NEED kpop group positions back

wdym when i search up for the group and the positions' are unknown what am i supposed to do? guess? by their faces? why?

and why does this statement make people happy I don't quite understand. whenever i see this type of thing i will be like "ok so i will assume every member is pretty much average"

why is it so hard to choose one position and be so good at it rather than being average on everything

i am not saying they are particularly bad or not just because you rap in one song you don't magically become a rapper, those things are far more complicated than some of y'all think

allrounder and ace are starting to lose their worth just because every single fan keeps calling their own group members an ace or an allrounder

and these types of terms put the so said "artists" in much more pressure than they already have for no reason, at all.

those positions are there for a reason

for ex: i won't expect the main dancer doing the high notes, but i'd expect him to do great dance breaks (as they should) and judge them by this?

idk if they're ace or an allrounder. the 4th gen ace THE HAN JISUNG is an ace AND he has his own position in his group: he is the main rapper.
