Update of the commission for Archvillain Games. Lots of days have passed since the last time I have made a post, but a series of misfortunes did not leave me time to make an update. But today I am happy to write that this is the last WIP post before the final photos and this journey is near to an end. After I had finished with the priming and zenithal lighting I spent almost a week trying to decide what color I would paint the marble and for that I made some test pieces to choose the one that would satisfy me. When I came up with a sample I realized that coping it to the board buildings would take me months, and so I had to compromise on something less complicated. After this delay I start working on the electric lighting but unfortunately (or by bad design) I ended up (and while I had buried the wiring in the foam) with burnt out light lumps, which led me to remove all the bulbs and start working from the beginning. After overcoming this obstacle (I am still not sure) I manage to cut my finger for the first time after 6 years of dealing with gaming scenery. However, injuring myself hurt me less compare to what followed. The transparent resin, I was planing to use for the little waterfall, was not curing (probably due to a bad ratio in the measurement) and even spilling part of it in the floor of my working space through a hole that I had forgotten to fix during electrical repair. It is not a few times that I reach my limits with scalemodeling, but this time I think it was the worst. Despite all that I manage to prepare a few bunches of grapes, the last 3 trees, and now I am waiting to the new batch of resin to cure. Anyway (and since I'm still alive) soon the final photos.
