oh b oy. another member of the council Dialus was a part of hahahahhhh. He’s a bitch. Dialus hated him a lot hahahhhhh Somebinch cursed his arms to be pure white/glowing so he attracts attention so he hides his arms under his small cloak. He likes lurking in the shadows ok a y . don’t try to punch him etc...if you do....you’ll get stuck. Miasmo is sort of made out of a really thick/sticky tar and he will shed off a piece and make you get stuck to a wall or the ground and laugh likeanasshole.
