Netherworld will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on July 11 via Full Moon Features. The 1992 horror film is executive produces by Charles Band (Puppet Master, Subspecies).

There actually was a time when I felt like I knew every band and record out there, every movie as it came out, and chose accordingly--often chronologically.

Nowadays, there are so many bands, books, movies, and products coming and going that it's impossible to personally keep track anymore. Even more importantly: certain sidekicks, B-movies, one-hit wonders, stunt butt actors, and odd books are in danger of being forgotten completely.

That makes me sad.

So I have decided to salute those people and things I fear may disappear from our collective memory forever.
