HTGAWM confusion...

I’m probably the only person who still wants them together but dang I miss Michaela and Asher. I don’t get what the show is doing tbh - normally when a couple is done they just kind of fade out of the narrative (well ok, usually pretty abruptly) but it’s almost every episode at this point that there’s some mention of them having been a couple or someone thinking they still are or someone saying Asher’s trying to hurt Michaela or a moment of Michaela’s face when he mentions he’ll never forgive her. Last ep with the Bachelor party and their talk of ‘better as friends’ I thought it was done but then this ep they’re cuddling and Asher’s overhearing her and whats-his-face. Part of me really thinks they’re not done for good because of the attention always being put on the mention of their former romance and not being on good terms and not together - like normally it’s done, we’re not still hearing about it going into the mid-season finale - but I just don’t feel like they’re heading toward a reunion either. So confused.

Also, what adoption is Analise talking about? Is this the first we’ve heard of this? I find it hard to believe after everything that there are any skeletons left in her closet that we can believe wouldn’t have been brought up by now.

Also, who the eff is whats-his-name (why can’t I remember his name right now?!)? And do I care? Dunno.
