What a fun night! Was it Professor Plum in the ballroom? Or Professor Plum in the ballroom? I was honored to co-emcee MichBusiness’ 2019 Best of Michigan Gala and Awards Ceremony, “Clue” style, with dear friend Todd Hohauser tonight. “Dueling Plums.” Anyone who knows either of us and our personalities might suggest we were separated at birth. I hope the audience had as much fun as we did. Because we had a ball. I was also honored to accept Clark Hill Law CEO John Hern’s “Transformational Leader” award on his behalf, “thanking the Academy.” And I was equally proud to see my friend and ardent supporter Brenda Zawacki Meller of Meller Marketing receive a well-deserved award for being among the best marketers in Michigan. I attribute in great part her asking me to speak at Inforum Michigan last year for these neat emcee and event gigs coming my way lately! Thank you! And I got some quality time with fabulous FaithWith Heels MiVida Burrus. Always a good thing.
