#michele needs help

I need help. I'm going to a wedding this weekend (ughhhh) but I don't know what to wear. It's at 6:00pm but it's outside at a dog park. What exactly is the dress code? Also I kinda want to wear the black just so I can wear my awesome skull shoes, but I'm not sure that's wedding appropriate. :/
