2020 Michelin 𝙼𝚊𝚞𝚛𝚒𝚣𝚒𝚘 𝙱𝚞𝚏𝚒, 𝚅𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚊 𝙶𝚒𝚞𝚕𝚒𝚊'𝚜 𝙴𝚡𝚎𝚌𝚞𝚝𝚒𝚟𝚎 𝙲𝚑𝚎𝚏

We’re absolutely thrilled at again having been awarded with a Michelin Star for the 2020 guidebook. Being amongst the very best of our peers is both humbling and galvanising, and it makes us realise how much hard work and sacrifice is put into this amazing, frustrating, rewarding and exhausting pursuit of excellence. The pursuit that each and every member of the team make every day, from Chef Patron to Sommelier Team, Restaurant Manager to Kitchen Porters and everyone in between. Thank you Taylor, Marguerite, Conor, Matthew, Jason, Solene, Andrea, Rob, Harry, Loic, Denisa, David, Valter, Albert, Denys, Giorgia, Stavroula, Alessandro, Jakub, Ludek, Sebastien, Giuseppe, Lourdes, Joan, Ceri, Simon, Didac, Dave and Ed.
