Veggie Slice 1 cup of grated zucchini, carrot, cheese and diced onion. 6 eggs 1/2 a cup of flour. Preheat oven to 160. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a baking dish and cook for 25 mins or until golden brown. DONE! :D What can I say, I'm cheap and easy lol.

Here's another cheap and easy idea: Easy Carbonara 2 x packets of Ham and Cheese Tortellini 600ml Cream 3 eggs 1/2 a cup of parmesan cheese 2 cups of Ham Bring a large pot of water to boil, add Tortellini and boil for 5 minutes, stirring. Drain and return to pot. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine cream, eggs, ham and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream mix to warm pasta and heat for 1-2 minutes. Serve with a crusty bread.
