mickey molng getting told by a beautiful guy she likes hanging out with and having sex with that he loves her and immediately panicking horribly until her friend gives her some antidepressants (which seem to act like tranquilizers, and also she takes them with alcohol)
and her longest term relationship being with a man happy to occasionally have sex with her and otherwise largely stand around to be ridiculed and absorb the most violent of the slapstick (critical for a sitcom family)
and the culmination of her "romantic" plotline with said slapstick sponge being them agreeing for him to move back in and, when he tries to kiss her, getting pushed away (because he smells too much like clam chowder)
